Conclusion
I would choose Garmin Tactix Delta over every watch, because for two reasons. Firstly it can withstand any conditions and is suitable for even normal day usage. Secondly and most importantly it has got all the tactical features you’d want in a military watch, so I’d go for that.
Although it is quite expensive so the second choice would be another Garmin model which is Garmin Instinct Tactical. This watch has some serious good tactical features which will come in handy for army/military person.
